In 2014 when we started Old Village Farm, a 30-acre historic property on the Delaware River, our mission was to figure out how to supply our community and the tristate with the most unique mix of hand-crafted products. We launched with Daikon (a peppery-flavored white radish) and soon expanded to 60-different types of vegetables then added in fruits, DIY food kits, mushroom farms, wooden objects and spices. We believe in organic and sustainable practices, and are currently in the middle of getting our USDA Organic Certification. We are working with the USDA and the Natural Resources Conservation Service to build enriched soil with cover crops. Last year we added wild flower plots, creating natural pollinator areas thus creating a complete ecosystem that is sustainable for our future generations. In 2016 with the help of the NRCS we added a 30 x 96 foot high tunnel so we could extend our growing season. It is filled with fig trees, spinach, lettuce, turnips and beets throughout the winter.

We continue to bring a very high level of refinement to our display and shopping experience, giving our customers only crisp clean produce!  Our crop list consists of over 60 types of vegetables this year. We accept WIC and Senior vouchers.
